“Apple Tree with Fruit” Tapestry throw blanket.  In the bedroom and throughout all the living spaces, the feel I want is to be of absolute comfort without the messiness that can sometimes be included into that mix.  So I thought about getting tons of pillows and throw blankets in certain areas that people could sit around and enjoy themselves in.

I think that would be the balance that this house needs: comfort and style all in one.

“A Rough Start” Western Horse Tapestry.  When I got my new home with my new husband, I could not wait to decorate it.  I wanted to hang art on the walls that was truly a welcome sight when people stepped in through the doors.  I found wall tapestries to be the perfect balance of classic art and soft lines that I wanted in my house.

I haven’t figured out the arrangement yet, but I think I’m moving in the right direction at least.  My house is going to be an amazingly welcoming place to be.
